STEPHEN SCOLLARD OF HARTLEPOOL REMANDED AFTER ALLEGED RAPE AND DRUG OFFENSES IN TEESSIDE

Stephen Scollard, a 41-year-old resident of Hartlepool, has been placed in custody following serious allegations involving a teenage schoolgirl. The charges against him include the alleged rape of the minor, which has prompted a significant legal response from authorities.
