HARTLEPOOL TEEN CALLUM GREEN BANNED FROM PLAY PARKS OVER SHOCKING INDECENT ACT
A young man from Hartlepool has found himself at the center of a disturbing legal case involving allegations of public decency violations.Callum Green, aged 18, has been formally charged with a serious offence related to an indecent act carried out in a public space.
The incident reportedly took place in Burn Valley Gardens, a well-known recreational area in Hartlepool, on the morning of October 19.
Green appeared before Teesside Magistrates' Court on February 10, 2025, where he faced a charge of outraging public decency under common law.
The allegations are particularly graphic, claiming that Green engaged in a sexual act involving himself while in a public setting.
Prosecutors allege that during the act, he used parts of a rocking horse and a branch from a tree, which he reportedly inserted into himself.
The charge explicitly states: "You, in a public place, committed an act outraging public decency by behaving in an indecent manner, namely inserting parts of a 'rocking horse' inside yourself whilst masturbating, then pulled a branch off a tree and penetrated yourself." At the hearing, Green pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The case is believed to have occurred in Hartlepool, within County Durham, and has garnered significant attention due to the nature of the allegations.
Prosecutors confirmed that Green has no prior criminal convictions, which may influence the proceedings.
As the case was adjourned for a trial scheduled for June 6, Green was granted conditional bail.
Among the conditions imposed is a ban on his entry into Burn Valley Gardens and any other recreational play parks within the Cleveland area.
This restriction aims to prevent any potential further incidents and to ensure public safety while the legal process unfolds.
