KETTERING PRED REMANDED
Pawel has been formally charged and will appear in court for plea and trial preparation on July 21.He is currently detained on remand.
The charges against him include sending a photograph of genitals, which is prohibited under section 66a of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
He is also charged with attempting to communicate sexually with a child, in violation of section 1 (1) of the Criminal Acts 1981 and section 15a of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
Additionally, Pawel is accused of trying to induce a child to take part in sexual acts, breaching section 1 (1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981 and section 10 (1) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
A further charge involves attempting to persuade a minor to engage in sexual activity involving penetration, which contravenes section 1 (1) of the Criminal Attempts Act 1981 and sections 10 (1) and 10 (2) of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
