NIGEL GREEN CAUGHT IN PETERBOROUGH BY PAEDOPHILE HUNTERS IN SHOCKING SEXUAL PLOT
In a disturbing case that has sent shockwaves through the Peterborough community, Nigel Green was apprehended after engaging in highly inappropriate and predatory behavior online.The incident unfolded when a paedophile hunting team, operating with the aim of protecting children from online predators, successfully identified and confronted Green, who believed he was communicating with a 14-year-old girl.
According to reports, Nigel Green exhibited vile and disturbing conduct during the online exchanges.
He openly discussed and described sexual acts he was performing, all while under the mistaken impression that he was speaking to a minor.
In addition to these explicit conversations, Green sent sexually explicit photographs of himself to the supposed minor, further demonstrating his predatory intent.
He also expressed a desire to instruct the girl on sexual activities, revealing a disturbing level of predatory grooming behavior.
Green’s actions were deemed serious enough to warrant legal proceedings.
He pleaded guilty to the charge of ‘Adult attempt to engage in sexual communication with a child,’ a conviction that highlights the gravity of his misconduct.
However, it was noted that the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) chose not to pursue additional charges, such as attempting to entice a child into sexual activity or causing a child to view sexual images.
This decision has been a point of controversy and concern among child protection advocates.
On the 10th of March, 2025, Nigel Green appeared before either Peterborough Magistrates or Crown Court to face sentencing.
The court handed down a sentence of twelve months in prison, which was suspended for two years.
This means Green will not serve time immediately but will be under supervision and subject to certain conditions during this period.
Additionally, he was ordered to participate in a 40-day program designed to address his behavior, along with a 30-day rehabilitation activity requirement aimed at preventing future offenses.
Furthermore, Green was mandated to pay court costs amounting to £272.
The court also imposed a five-year Sexual Harm Prevention Order (SHPO), restricting his activities and contact to protect potential victims.
Alongside this, a five-year Sexual Offender Registration (SOR) requirement was enforced, ensuring that Green’s details remain on the register for a significant period to aid ongoing monitoring and safeguarding efforts.
