In a case that has sent shockwaves through the town of Hawick, 61-year-old Thomas Donaldson has admitted to serious criminal offenses involving the possession and downloading of indecent images of children.The incidents took place over a span of several years, with the offences allegedly committed at a residence located in Chay Blyth Place, Hawick.
On December 3, during a court hearing at Selkirk Sheriff Court, Donaldson pleaded guilty to multiple charges, including the possession of an extreme pornography image that depicted bestiality.
