BORDERS MAN FOUND GUILTY OF ABUSIVE CONDUCT AFTER HIGH COURT TRIAL
A BORDERS man has been found guilty of engaging in a course of conduct which was abusive to his partner or ex-partner.Michael Fox, 51, committed the offences between January 2021, and December 2022 at the property near Hawick, elsewhere in Scotland and in Nottinghamshire.
He also admitted two charges of possession of cannabis during a trial at the High Court in Edinburgh.
Sentence was deferred for the production of background reports until March 10 and Fox was granted bail.
