HAWICK MAN STRUCK EX'S WINDOW AND SMASHED IT
BACKGROUND reports have been ordered into a Hawick man who admitted a vandalism offence at his former partner’s home.Thirty-two-year-old Dylan Scott pleaded guilty to striking a window and causing it to break at the property in Burnfoot Road, Hawick, on January 13.
Sentence was deferred at Jedburgh Sheriff Court until March 9 for the production of a criminal justice social work report and a restriction of liberty order assessment.
Scott, of Dickson Street, was released on bail with the special condition not to contact his former partner, with the exception of arranging contact for childcare.
