ROBERT GILLIES FROM DUNFERMLINE VIOLATES RISK OF SEXUAL HARM ORDER IN SCOTLAND
A 32-year-old man residing in Dunfermline, identified as Robert Gillies, has formally admitted to breaching a court-imposed Risk of Sexual Harm Order (RSHO) by unlawfully possessing and utilizing an internet-enabled device.The incident took place over a period spanning from August 2 to October 12 of the previous year, during which Gillies was subject to an interim RSHO, a legal restriction designed to prevent him from engaging in certain activities that could pose a risk to others.
Gillies appeared before Dunfermline Sheriff Court via a video link from prison, where he was held at the time of the hearing.
During the proceedings, he acknowledged that he had violated the terms of the RSHO by engaging with electronic devices that he was legally barred from using.
