MAN, 48, IN COURT ACCUSED OF DUNFERMLINE SEX ATTACK
A man aged 48 has made an appearance in court charged with sexually assaulting a woman in Dunfermline.
The alleged incident reportedly occurred in the Townhill Road neighborhood around midday on Sunday.
The individual, named John Wilson, provided his address as being in Dunfermline during his private hearing at the sheriff court on Wednesday, April 15.
He did not enter a plea, was remanded for additional investigation, and was granted bail.
According to a statement from Police Scotland earlier this week, officers responded to a report of a woman being sexually assaulted by an unidentified man at approximately 12:10 pm on Sunday, April 12, in the Townhill Road area.
Wilson, aged 48, was arrested and charged in relation to the incident and is scheduled to appear before Dunfermline Sheriff Court on Wednesday.
