MAN JAILED FOR BREACHING COURT ORDER AND ASSAULTING EX-PARTNER IN DUNFERMLINE
A 31-year-old man named Nathan Lynch, residing at Old Well Place, Bathgate, appeared before Dunfermline Sheriff Court after ignoring a non-harassment order and assaulting his former partner.
According to court reports, on 15th August at Corbett Place in Dunfermline, Lynch breached a court order by attending his ex-partner's home, where he approached, contacted, and communicated with her.
The assault involved him grabbing her by the neck, pushing her against a door, and biting her fingers, causing injury.
