NARESH SARESH SHINDE APPEARS IN DUMBARTON COURT OVER SEXUAL OFFENCES IN ARROCHAR
A man has appeared in court charged with multiple sexual offences.
Naresh Saresh Shinde, aged 38, appeared privately at Dumbarton Sheriff Court on Monday, June 10, following his arrest in Arrochar during the weekend.
He faces allegations of committing eight offences under the Sexual Offences (Scotland) Act 2009.
These include one charge of rape, four counts of sexual assault, and three charges of sexual exposure.
Additionally, there is a separate charge under the Criminal Justice and Licensing (Scotland) Act 2010 for causing fear and alarm to another individual.
In court, Mr.
Shinde, described as a resident of Rosyth in Fife, did not enter any plea or declaration and was remanded for further examination.
He remains in custody and is scheduled to appear again in court within the next eight days.
