Pervert had sick baby fantasy A PERVERT has been jailed for four years for fantasising about kidnapping and raping a baby before strangling it.

Mark Lloyd, 24, of Brook Place, Pentre, made his sick confession after logging on to teen internet chatrooms looking for girls for sex.

Lloyd told how he wanted to steal a baby, rape and strangle it before burning the body to destroy DNA evidence.

Another chatroom user was so disturbed by Lloyd’s “persistence” they contact the police who arrested him the next day.

Prosecutor Hilary Roberts said: “Lloyd suggested to another person in an internet chat room that they abduct a small child – preferably a baby.

“He then said they would rape the child and drown or strangle it.

“He said they would have to burn the body to remove any DNA evidence.

“Lloyd said he would get gratification from hearing a child screaming in pain because of what he’d done.

Police swooped on his Rhondda home after being alerted to his grotesque fantasy.

Mr Roberts said: “Lloyd admitted what he said – but said it was stupid fantasy talk and he never meant it.

“He told police he had downloaded sexual images and films on to his girlfriend’s computer from the internet but had deleted them.” Lloyd was sentenced to four years in prison for threats to kill and downloading child pornography.

Judge David Wynn Morgan told Lloyd he must register on the sex offenders register for life and is banned from ever working with children.

He said: “It’s plain you have an interest – if not an obsession – in pornography.

“You are dangerous.

You have tried to minimise and justify attitudes and behaviour that cannot be minimised or justified.

“You need treatment in a sex offenders programme to protect the public.”
