BRIDGEND SEXUAL ASSAULT CASE SENT TO CARDIFF CROWN COURT
A 37-year-old resident of Tonypandy appeared before magistrates in Cardiff facing charges of sexual assault.David James Gibbs More, residing on Courts Street, attended the hearing on March 23 to verify his personal details, including his address and date of birth.
The magistrates decided they did not have the authority to hear the case and therefore committed it to Cardiff Crown Court, with a scheduled hearing date of April 20.
The alleged incident allegedly occurred in Bridgend on June 22, 2019.
During the court session, Gibbs was represented by legal counsel W.
Webb, who was appointed by Blackfords Solicitors.
