BLACKWOOD: PAEDOPHILE SENT ‘GIRL’ PHOTO OF HIS GENITALS

A PAEDOPHILE sent an underage “girl” a photograph of his genitals and asked her to send him pictures of her in her underwear.

Lee Burchill, 45, admitted attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child in the Pontllanfraith area of Blackwood.

Newport Magistrates' Court heard how the offences took place between December 18 and December 23, 2024.

The defendant, of Walters Avenue, Swffryd, Abertillery is due to be sentenced on January 21.

Burchill was ordered to register as a sex offender and granted unconditional bail.
