BLACKWOOD TEEN, 18, ACCUSED OF POSSESSING CHILD ABUSE IMAGES
A MAN has been accused of possessing 26 child sex abuse images.
Kian Harding, 18, of Millbrook Road, Springfield, Pontllanfraith, Blackwood appeared at Newport Magistrates' Court to face the allegations.
He has been charged with possessing seven category A indecent photographs of a child, 11 at category B and eight at category C.
It is claimed by the prosecution that the teenager did so between January 1 and 15.
Harding did not enter any pleas and his case was committed to the crown court where he is due to appear on October 3.
He was granted unconditional bail.
