FIFE WOMAN JAILED FOR UPLOADING EXPLICIT VIDEO WITHOUT CONSENT AND STALKING
Holli-Ann Thornby-Cook, 24, admitted to disclosing a sexual video of her engaging in activity with a man without his consent.The man had previously consented to making and uploading intimate videos but withdrew permission in writing.
She uploaded the content to OnlyFans despite his withdrawal.
She also engaged in a course of conduct against him, including making unwanted phone calls, sending emails, and texts.
When appearing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, she was told the video was posted on OnlyFans, with the man discovering it in November 2020.
She told him the upload could have been worse.
The footage was later taken down.
Thornby-Cook also pled guilty to stalking the man from January to February 2022, involving unwanted calls, voicemails, emails from multiple accounts, and messages via a forum and WhatsApp.
Previously, she breached a court order by contacting her former partner repeatedly between December 2020 and February 2021.
Additionally, she has prior convictions for driving while disqualified, including one for driving over 100mph and another for driving while disqualified in a high-powered Subaru.
She claimed to have no memory of the latter due to dissociative episodes.
Her lawyer described her as a vulnerable young person with mental health difficulties.
Sentencing involved a community payback order and a three-year non-harassment order.
She was also banned from driving for two years, backdated to February 27.
