GULHASSAN KHAN'S BRUTAL ATTACK IN NELSON LEADS TO PRISON SENTENCE
Gulhassan Khan, a 36-year-old man, was recently handed down a significant prison sentence following a series of violent and threatening actions that shocked the community in Nelson.The incident unfolded during the early hours of March 5, around 2 a.m., at the Springbank Garage located on Manchester Road in Nelson.
According to court reports, Khan engaged in a vicious assault against his partner, which involved punching her directly in the face, causing visible injuries.
This violent act was preceded by a heated confrontation during which Khan also issued threats to physically harm her, escalating the situation into a dangerous and frightening episode.
During the incident, the victim made multiple attempts to escape from Khan’s aggressive grip, desperately trying to distance herself from the violence.
CCTV footage captured the harrowing scene, showing her falling to the ground and being kicked by Khan.
