GULHASSAN KHAN'S BRUTAL ATTACK IN NELSON LEADS TO PRISON SENTENCE

Gulhassan Khan, a 36-year-old man, was recently handed down a significant prison sentence following a series of violent and threatening actions that shocked the community in Nelson. The incident unfolded during the early hours of March 5, around 2 a.m., at the Springbank Garage located on Manchester Road in Nelson. According to court reports, Khan engaged in a vicious assault against his partner, which involved punching her directly in the face, causing visible injuries. This violent act was preceded by a heated confrontation during which Khan also issued threats to physically harm her, escalating the situation into a dangerous and frightening episode.

During the incident, the victim made multiple attempts to escape from Khan’s aggressive grip, desperately trying to distance herself from the violence.
