MAN, 68, FACES COURT OVER CLAIMS OF SEXUAL ASSAULTS AT TWO DUNFERMLINE THEATRES
A 68-year-old man is to go on trial accused of sexually assaulting three females during productions at the Carnegie Hall and Alhambra Theatre in Dunfermline.The incidents are alleged to have occurred at shows staged at the venues between 2023 and June this year.
There are four charges involving three females.
Gordon Hogg, of Strathblair Avenue, Wormit, denies all the charges.
It is alleged that on an occasion between October 1 and 23, 2023, at the Carnegie Hall, he sexually assaulted a female by touching her waist and buttocks.
It is also alleged that on an occasion between February 21 and 29, 2024, at the Alhambra Theatre, he sexually assaulted another female by striking her on the buttocks.
The third charge is that on June 17 this year at the Carnegie Hall, he sexually assaulted a female by touching her buttocks.
It is further alleged that on the same day and location, he sexually assaulted a female by placing his hand on her back and touching her buttocks.
Hogg has submitted not guilty pleas and a trial will take place at Dunfermline Sheriff Court on February 2.
