A 24-year-old man named Dylan Christie was involved in an abusive relationship and committed multiple acts of violence and threats against his former partner in Rosyth.
He admitted to engaging in an abusive course of conduct over the course of more than a year, which included acting aggressively, making threats of violence, damaging property by punching a kitchen door, and threatening to commit suicide to prevent the relationship from ending.
Additionally, Christie was caught driving under the influence of alcohol on July 21 in Admiralty Road, Rosyth, and Regents Way, Dalgety Bay, with a breath alcohol level of 29 microgrammes per 100 millilitres, exceeding the legal limit of 22.
The case was brought before Dunfermline Sheriff Court, where sentencing was deferred until October 2, pending reports.
An interim driving ban was imposed on him.
