DAVID SUTHERLAND OF DUNFERMLINE APPEARS IN COURT ON MULTIPLE CHARGES
A resident of Dunfermline, David Sutherland, aged 51 and living at Urquhart Crescent, has appeared in court to face several charges of offending.
During a hearing at Dunfermline Sheriff Court, Sutherland pleaded guilty to multiple criminal acts.
On September 27 of the previous year, he assaulted a 15-year-old boy in Kirkgate by pushing him and adopting an aggressive stance.
He was also shouting, swearing, and claimed to be in possession of a knife at the time.
Additionally, Sutherland admitted to visiting a property uninvited on May 9 at Abel Place, where he struck the door and shouted at his partner.
Between May 28 and 29, he allegedly shouted, swore, and threw items about in Aitken Road, Glenrothes, an incident classified as a domestically-aggravated offence.
Sutherland also breached bail conditions by contacting his partner on multiple occasions in October, with incidents occurring in Dunfermline, Lochgelly, and Cardenden.
The court has deferred sentencing until December 14 to allow for reports to be prepared.
