POSTWOMAN'S JEALOUS EX BOMBARDED COUPLE WITH 800 CALLS AND CALLED THEM BABY KILLERS AFTER MISCARRIAGE
Sarah Ross, aged 25, from Macclesfield, Cheshire, was involved in a campaign of harassment against her ex-boyfriend Christopher Wood, 35, after she discovered he had married another woman named Nicola.
She repeatedly called him and his wife with over 800 silent or threatening phone calls in January and February 2014.
Ross also sent abusive messages on Facebook, calling Mrs Wood a 'slag' and allegedly called the couple 'baby killers' after Nicola suffered a miscarriage.
She is accused of breaching her bail conditions multiple times and of putting a brick through their front window, then boasting that she would not be punished for smashing the window.
Ross was found guilty of harassment, given a six-week jail sentence suspended for two years, 200 hours of community service, and was banned from having any contact with the couple.
Despite her actions, she avoided jail because the court considered her complex family issues, including her having a disabled daughter with conditions like Asperger's, poor sight, and hearing difficulties.
Mr Wood stated she should have been jailed for what she inflicted upon him and his family.
