RICHARD LEITH FROM TRANENT AND GREENLAW JAILED FOR CHILD PORNOGRAPHY OFFENSES
In a case that has shocked the local communities of Tranent and Greenlaw, Richard Leith, a 36-year-old resident of Tranent, has been sentenced to prison after admitting to possessing a significant collection of indecent images of children.
The investigation revealed that Leith stored over 2,000 such images across multiple computers located at addresses in Greenlaw, a village in the Borders region, during the period from November 2007 to June of the following year.
