PAUL WELSH FROM TOXTETH SENTENCED TO 14 YEARS FOR CHILD SEX OFFENCES IN LIVERPOOL
A resident of Toxteth, Liverpool, Paul Welsh, has been handed a substantial prison sentence of 14 years after admitting to a series of serious criminal charges.The sentencing took place at Liverpool Crown Court on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, following a detailed investigation into his activities.
Welsh, aged 46, faced a total of 42 separate charges that encompassed a range of disturbing and illegal behaviors.
These included the possession, creation, and distribution of indecent images of children, which is a grave offense reflecting the exploitation of vulnerable minors.
In addition, he was charged with attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, an act that underscores the predatory nature of his conduct.
