PAUL LUCK'S SHOCKING RE-ARREST IN STOCKTON: SEX OFFENDER VIOLATES COURT ORDER AT HIS HOME

In a serious development in Stockton, Paul Luck, a known sex offender with a troubling criminal history, has been re-incarcerated after breaching the conditions of his sexual harm prevention order (SHPO). The 62-year-old, residing on Easington Road in Stockton, was found to have violated the strict terms set by the court following his previous conviction for sexual assault.

Authorities became aware of the violation when police officers responded to reports concerning a woman living at Luck’s residence. Upon arriving at the property, officers discovered a woman asleep on a mattress in the rear bedroom. She claimed to have stayed there for a few nights with her partner and was unaware of Luck’s status as a registered sex offender. This revelation raised immediate concerns about the safety and legality of the situation.

Prosecutor Nicci Horton explained that Luck was legally required to disclose any relationships with women to the police and was explicitly prohibited from allowing women to stay at his home unless they were fully informed of his criminal background. The court order was put in place to prevent any potential harm and to ensure public safety, given Luck’s extensive criminal record.

Luck, who has a total of six convictions related to sexual offenses, pleaded guilty to breaching his indefinite SHPO. The breach was considered a serious violation, and Recorder Richard Wright KC sentenced him to 12 months in prison. During the sentencing, the judge highlighted Luck’s history of sexual crimes spanning several years and emphasized that his actions in allowing a woman to stay at his residence without disclosure posed a significant risk to others.

Although Luck’s defense argued that the woman was not left alone with him during her stay, the court maintained that his breach of the court order was a clear violation of the law and a potential danger to the community.
