A Doxford Park woman has been sentenced after driving her car at her partner during a drunken argument at a Washington hotel.
Nicola Walker, 39, of Westerwood Doxford Park was already banned from driving when she drove to the hotel.
After a row where she accused her partner of cheating and assaulted him, she got behind the wheel while drunk.
CCTV captured the moment she reversed into him and then drove towards him as he tried to stop her leaving, causing him to roll off the bonnet.
Walker pleaded guilty to multiple offences including attempting to cause GBH with intent and dangerous driving.
She received a two-year suspended sentence.
