NATHAN MODLINSKY SENTENCED IN SALFORD FOR MULTIPLE SEXUAL AND VIOLENT OFFENCES
A man with a troubling history of domestic abuse and violent crimes has been given a significantly extended prison sentence after new allegations of rape, assault, and coercive control came to light.Nathan Modlinsky, formerly residing on Rugby Road in Leigh, has faced multiple court proceedings over the past year, revealing a pattern of violent and abusive behavior that has now culminated in a lengthy incarceration.
In October 2022, Modlinsky was initially sentenced to three years in prison following an abusive relationship with an ex-partner.
During that period, he was convicted of assaulting the woman in July and August 2021, actions that contributed to his initial sentence.
An unrelated driving offense was also factored into his sentencing, further complicating his legal situation.
Modlinsky, who is now 29 years old, appeared again in court the following year for a separate incident involving causing bodily harm to another ex-partner.
During this 2023 court hearing at Liverpool Crown Court, evidence was presented that detailed how Modlinsky physically assaulted his victim by punching her and dragging her along the road before attempting to choke her by wrapping his hands around her neck.
