MUSTAFIZUR RAHMAN SENTENCED IN FIFE FOR PREDATORY SEXUAL ASSAULT ON TEENAGER

The victim, an 18-year-old girl, had been out drinking that evening and, in a moment of confusion, mistakenly entered Rahman’s vehicle, believing it was a taxi. What followed was a predatory and opportunistic attack, with Lord Young, the presiding judge, describing Rahman’s actions as taking advantage of a solitary and vulnerable woman trying to get home.
