MARTIN JONES FROM TOXTETH SENTENCED FOR SEXUAL ASSAULT ON 12-YEAR-OLD GIRL IN LIVERPOOL
In a case that has shocked the local community, Martin Jones, a 48-year-old man from Toxteth, was sentenced to prison for his involvement in a disturbing sexual assault on a young girl.The incident took place in August of the previous year, and the details were brought to light during a court hearing at Liverpool Crown Court.
Jones was found guilty by a jury on three counts of sexual assault against a 12-year-old girl.
The court heard that the assault occurred in August, and the case drew significant attention due to the serious nature of the charges and the vulnerability of the victim.
Jones, who was formerly residing on Beresford Road in Toxteth, faced the consequences of his actions as the verdict was delivered.

Judge David Swift sentenced Jones to two and a half years in prison.
