LEE ROBERTS FROM NORTH WALES SENTENCED TO SIX YEARS FOR CHILD SEX FILM OFFENSES IN THE PHILIPPINES

A man from North Wales, Lee Roberts, aged 32, has been sentenced to six years in prison after police uncovered his role in producing child sex films involving minors abroad. Roberts paid children in the Philippines to perform sexual acts on camera, filmed these acts, and shared some of the footage. Additionally, he participated in sexually explicit online conversations with boys as young as 11. Following his conviction, Roberts was ordered to register as a sex offender for life and was placed under a sexual harm prevention order to prevent any further offending.
