MAN ADMITS SEXUALLY ABUSING 13-YEAR-OLD GIRL
Kevin Askew, also known as Sean, received a prison sentence of six years and was mandated to register as a sex offender for life.
In addition, he was issued an indefinite Sexual Harm Prevention Order, which imposes strict restrictions on his contact with females under 16 years old.
Residing in Far Moss, Northside, Workington, Askew initially denied any criminal conduct but confessed to the charges after evidence collected by the West Child Protection Team proved his guilt.
Askew admitted to committing multiple sexual offences, all of which took place in Lancaster.
