Jacob Chouffot, a 26-year-old from Iffley, Oxford, was involved in serious child abuse offences, sharing over 1,000 clips including the rape of newborn babies between 2015 and 2019.
Despite the severity of his actions, he was not given a custodial sentence when he appeared at Oxford Crown Court this week.
The judge stated he was not a direct danger to the public after Chouffot admitted to 14 counts of making, possessing, and distributing child abuse images.
