HUGH MACPHERSON AND SHOCKING CHILD ABUSE IMAGE DISCOVERY IN RENFREWSHIRE AND BARRHEAD
Authorities uncovered a disturbing collection of child abuse images at the residence of Hugh Macpherson, an IT specialist employed by a company that provides services to the UK Government.The shocking findings came after police seized over 30 electronic devices from the loft space of his home in Barrhead, located in the region of Renfrewshire.
The extent of the illegal material was startling, raising serious concerns about potential access to sensitive government information.
Macpherson, aged 37, was identified as the owner of the devices, which contained illicit images spanning from June 2018 to March 2021.

They noted, “Given how skilled he is with IT and the level of expertise he has, it's actually incredible they found anything at all.
You'd have thought that he'd have made sure to cover his tracks properly.
