The offences, which include rape and assault causing bodily harm, took place over several months and have left a lasting impact on the victim.Harvey Hallam, a resident of Black-a-tree Road in Nuneaton, was found guilty on June 12, 2024, following a detailed trial at Warwick Crown Court. The court heard that between October 2022 and May 2023, Hallam subjected the young girl to a series of traumatic experiences that encompassed physical violence, emotional manipulation, and sexual abuse. The victim, whose identity remains protected for legal reasons, courageously provided testimony to the police, revealing that she was just 16 years old at the time of the abuse.
