HAMISH SWAN IN COURT ACCUSED OF SEX ATTACK ON CHILD UNDER 13
A Peeblesshire man has appeared in private at Selkirk Sheriff Court accused of a catalogue of serious sexual offences — including an alleged sexual assault on a child under the age of 13.Hamish Swan, 24, from Broughton, is facing two rape charges and a charge of sexual assault by penetration.
He is also accused of sexually assaulting a child under 13 by penetration, as well as a further charge of sexually assaulting a child.
Swan made no plea when he appeared before the court.
The case was continued for further examination and he was granted bail.
