MAN IN BUSHES 'MASTURBATED BY DUCK POND' AS WOMEN HAD PICNIC IN GREENHEAD PARK
A man masturbated in front of two women as they fed the ducks in Greenhead Park, a court heard.Haking Mohamad was allegedly sitting in some bushes with his penis protruding through a hole in the crotch of his tracksuit bottoms.
He denies any wrongdoing, claiming he wasn't wearing underwear because he couldn't afford it.
Lisa Evans, prosecuting, told Kirklees magistrates that the offence occurred shortly before 1pm on August 25.
She stated that the two victims, who went to the park for a picnic and were seated near the duck pond, noticed Haking Mohamad sitting nearby with his hand moving down towards his crotch.
The women then left but first went to feed the ducks, and reportedly saw Mohamad seated on the ground with his legs spread open.
It was noted that there was a round hole in the crotch of his tracksuit bottoms through which his penis was exposed.
She further said he was looking at the women and smiling while masturbating himself.
Mohamad, of Lower Fitzwilliam Street in Huddersfield, pleaded not guilty to indecent exposure.
He claimed via an interpreter that he did not expose his penis intentionally and was not masturbating.
His trial is scheduled at Huddersfield court on November 20.
The two witnesses will be allowed to testify from behind screens.
Mohamad was granted unconditional bail until the trial.
