GUL RIAZ SENTENCED TO 15 YEARS IN HUDDERSFIELD FOR RAPE AND INDECENT ASSAULT
In a significant case that has shocked the community of Huddersfield, six men have been sentenced to a combined total of 55 years in prison following their convictions related to serious sexual offenses.A seventh individual, who was found guilty of a single count of rape, is scheduled to receive his sentencing on Thursday.

Among those sentenced, Usman Ali, aged 34 and a resident of Huddersfield, received an eight-year prison term after being convicted of two counts of rape.
Similarly, Abdul Majid, 35, also from Huddersfield, was sentenced to 11 years after being found guilty of two counts of rape.
Banaras Hussain, a 39-year-old from Shipley, was handed a sentence of nine and a half years for a single count of rape.
The most severe sentence was given to Gul Riaz, aged 43 and a Huddersfield resident, who was convicted of two counts of rape and two counts of indecent assault.
Riaz was sentenced to 15 years in prison, reflecting the serious nature of his crimes.
In addition to these individuals, two other men, whose identities are protected for legal reasons, were also convicted of rape.
One of them received an eight-year sentence, while the other was sentenced to four years.
