GEORGE PEACOCK SENTENCED IN CITY FOR PAEDOPHILIC OFFENSES INVOLVING CHILDREN
The victim of Geoffrey Peacock, a convicted paedophile, has expressed a sense of relief following Peacock's sentencing to five and a half years in prison for serious offences involving two girls under the age of 13.During the court proceedings, it was revealed that Peacock had engaged in inappropriate touching and had exposed himself to the young girls, actions that caused lasting emotional trauma for the victims.
The judge emphasized the importance of protecting children from predators like Peacock, stating, " safeguarding children from such offenders is of utmost importance.
" Following his conviction, Peacock was ordered not only to serve his prison sentence but also to remain on the sex offenders register.
This measure aims to prevent any potential further harm to children and to monitor his activities after his release.
