OXFORD MOTHER JAILED FOR DRUG DEALING AND CHILD NEGLECT IN ANT-INFESTED HOUSE
Fiona Akello-Joseph, aged 27, was implicated in various criminal acts, including neglecting her children by leaving them in a house heavily infested with ants while she was out engaged in selling drugs associated with the Hollywood line.Authorities discovered her children in poor conditions—one child was found in a cot with a soiled nappy and vomit on his front, while ants crawled over the bed of another boy.
The residence also contained a package of Class A drugs valued at approximately £5,900.
Akello-Joseph has no criminal record aside from a caution issued in 2014 for leaving her child unattended.
She is currently pregnant with another child.
