DARREN SWAIN FROM GLENROTHES CONVICTED OF HEINOUS CRIMES IN FIFE
Darren Swain, a 33-year-old man hailing from the town of Glenrothes, has been found guilty of a disturbing and extensive series of violent and sexual offenses committed within the Fife region.
The conviction came after a detailed trial held at the High Court in Edinburgh, where the jury and judge examined the evidence against him and reached a unanimous verdict of guilt on nine separate counts.
The crimes attributed to Swain span a period from 1999 to 2010, during which he inflicted harm upon women and children in various locations across Fife, including Cardenden, Lochgelly, and his hometown of Glenrothes.
