"RUNNING SCARED" - BRIGHOUSE PREDATOR FLEES AS POLICE CLOSE IN AFTER CHILD CHAT HORROR
A West Yorkshire man made a desperate bid to escape on foot after being exposed over vile online chats with children.Darren Hoodlass, a lorry driver from Brighouse, allegedly tried to flee the scene when confronted - but was tracked and followed before police moved in and detained him.
Hoodlass is accused of engaging in highly sexualised conversations with two decoys posing as children aged just 13 and 14.
The exchanges are said to have included repeated requests for explicit images, including asking the children to show their underwear, while encouraging sexualised behaviour.
Investigators also allege he sent explicit videos and images during the conversations, despite believing he was communicating with underage girls.
The attempted escape ended when Hunter Oliver caught up with hoodlass.
Ollie was then punched by hoodlass as police arrived on the scene.
The suspect was arrested on suspicion of sexual communication with multiple children and assault.
Investigations are ongoing as police examine the full extent of the evidence.
