CHELSEA COCKBURN FROM MUSSELBURGH ADMITS TO POSSESSING INDECENT IMAGES AND PERVERTING JUSTICE IN EDINBURGH
In a case that has drawn significant attention, Chelsea Cockburn, a woman from Musselburgh, has confessed to possessing indecent images of children.The charges stem from her possession of these disturbing images at an address in Tranent, where the illicit material was found between January 10 and October 10, 2016.
At the Edinburgh Sheriff Court, the 24-year-old Cockburn pleaded guilty to two serious offenses.
The first involved the possession of indecent images of children, a crime that highlights the ongoing issues surrounding child exploitation and the importance of vigilant law enforcement.

Cockburn admitted to attempting to shift blame onto her support worker, claiming that he was responsible for downloading the inappropriate images.

During her police interview, Cockburn reportedly told officers that the support worker had threatened to kill her cat if she did not comply with his demands.
