ASHLEY HENSON FROM NUNEATON CAUGHT IN DISTURBING CHILD SEX OFFENSES
In a disturbing case that has shocked the community of Nuneaton, Ashley Henson, a resident of Hartshill, was found guilty of engaging in inappropriate and illegal communications with a minor.The incident dates back to 2021 when Henson was messaging a 13-year-old girl, crossing serious boundaries with his inappropriate and indecent messages.
Among the messages exchanged, Henson asked the young girl if she wanted to be a “little spoon” or a “big spoon,” terms that are often used in a sexual context, indicating a disturbing level of familiarity and intent.
These messages, which were deemed highly inappropriate and concerning, were part of a pattern of communication that raised alarm among those who uncovered the exchanges.
Henson appeared before Warwick Crown Court in November 2022, where he pleaded guilty to charges of causing or inciting a child to engage in sexual activity.
His guilty plea marked a significant step in the legal process, bringing to light the severity of his actions and the potential harm inflicted upon the young victim.
Following his conviction, Henson was sentenced to a series of measures aimed at rehabilitation and monitoring.
He was ordered to participate in a 100-day accredited sex offender rehabilitation program, designed to address the underlying issues that led to his offending behavior.
