BLACKPOOL HOTEL SEX ATTACKER ANTHONY HALL JAILED FOR 18 MONTHS
Anthony Hall, 58, of Broadstone Hall Road South, Stockport, molested a woman in a hotel in Blackpool in January 2024.
He climbed into her bed after heavy drinking and tried to kiss her.
The victim recorded Hall saying he wanted to kiss and touch her, and he then followed and immobilized her, wrapping his legs around her.
Judge Richard Archer stated, "She was effectively powerless to resist you," and Hall was sentenced to 18 months in prison after pleading guilty.
The judge acknowledged Hall's lack of previous convictions but emphasized the seriousness of the offence.
