SMALL BOAT MIGRANT WHO RAPED GIRL IN ALLEY IS JAILED FOR 12 YEARS
A small boat migrant who raped a 15-year-old girl in a street alleyway was sentenced to 12-and-a-half years in prison.Amin Abedi Mofrad, 35, attacked the innocent teen in Oxford on Valentine’s Day last year.
The court heard Mofrad was known to police after being arrested for an alleged sexual assault shortly after arriving across the Channel in 2023.
The case was dropped due to lack of evidence, but his name and photo were recorded by authorities.
He also had 11 previous violence convictions in Germany, where he lived for a decade.
Mofrad sexually assaulted the girl after cat-calling her and before dragging her into an alley where he raped her.
He boasted of the attack in messages to friends, including photos of himself kissing the teenager with the caption: “I’ve just f***ed two *****s”.
He was sentenced to 12.5 years, with an extended nine-and-a-half years in prison.
The judge described him as a “dangerous” offender who posed a significant risk of re-offending, exploiting a vulnerable young girl and threatening public safety.
The court highlighted the premeditated nature of the sex attack and his prior violent convictions as aggravating factors.
Mofrad displayed no remorse as he was led away, shouting: “You are a liar.
Everybody lies.

A Home Office spokesman stated their aim to deport foreign nationals committing crimes in the UK, noting they had returned over 35,000 people, including 5,179 foreign offenders, in the first year of the current government.
