TEEN MUM STUBS CIGARETTE IN EX'S FACE DURING ARGUMENT
Alys Senior, 19, pleaded guilty to a charge of assault.The incident occurred on September 16 last year in Huddersfield town centre during an argument with the father of her child, who was also the victim.
The court heard that she was goaded into the assault when he passed her a lit cigarette and encouraged her to stub it out on his face, which she did.
The victim suffered a burn mark to his cheek after she stubbed the cigarette in his face.
Senior told police: “He handed the cigarette to me and goaded me to stub it out on his face, which I did.” She added she felt angry and frustrated at the time.
The court heard that Senior and the victim were arguing when the incident happened.
Carls Kingsley, mitigating, claimed that the ex was the aggressor, attempting to assault her and knocking his own mother to the ground.
Judge Michael Fanning fined her £85 and ordered her to pay court costs of £85 and a court charge of £30.
