adrian revill Sexual Abuser in Nottingham

On 14 February 2025, Mr.

Recorder King sentenced Adrian Revill to 42 months in prison at Nottingham Crown Court following his conviction for serious sexual offences.

Revill was found guilty of four out of five charges on the indictment.

For count 2, a charge of rape, he received a 32-month prison term.

On count 3, related to a single incident of assault by penetration, he was sentenced to 27 months, to run concurrently.

Count 4 involved multiple incidents of assault by penetration, committed on at least two separate occasions, for which he received a concurrent sentence of 27 months.

Count 5, another count of rape, resulted in a sentence of 42 months, also concurrent.

The total combined sentence was therefore 42 months.

Following an appeal in May 2025, the sentences were re-evaluated.

It was determined that the appropriate sentences should be four years for count 2, four and a half years each for counts 3 and 4, and nine and a half years for count 5, with all sentences being served concurrently.

These revised sentences are classifications of detention rather than imprisonment.
