PERVERT MCDONALD'S WORKER WHO ADMITS BEING ATTRACTED TO YOUNG GIRLS FAILED TO TELL FAST FOOD CHAIN ABOUT HIS SEEDY PAST
A perverted McDonald's worker who admits being attracted to young girls failed to tell his employer about his seedy past.William Rennie, of Silver Close, Biddulph, pleaded guilty to three offences of breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order (SOPO) and two charges of making indecent images of children.
Rennie was banned from owning a mobile capable of accessing the internet after he was caught with indecent images of children in 2012.
During a home monitoring visit, the 36-year-old repeatedly denied having any such device.
But officers became suspicious and discovered he was employed by McDonald's where he had not disclosed his previous conviction.
They checked CCTV at the restaurant and the defendant was seen using a phone in the staff rest area.
He was arrested and police again found sickening photos.
Rennie has been sentenced to eight months in prison, suspended for two years, at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court.
As part of the sentence, he was placed on the sex offenders’ register for seven years and remains subject to the indefinite SOPO and was barred from activities involving children and vulnerable adults.
He was ordered to pay £350 costs.
