BIDDULPH MAN SONNY CONDLIFFE JAILED FOR RESTRAINING ORDER BREACH AND HARASSMENT
Living on Moorland Road in Biddulph, Condliffe pleaded guilty to breaking a court order designed to restrain him.The court was informed that he has a criminal record involving violent offenses.
The judge sentenced him to serve 22 months behind bars and stated: "You were given a second chance by the court last year.
However, the threat of imprisonment and the restraining order did not deter you from further violations.
In this case, imprisonment was the only appropriate outcome." Court reports detailed that on January 28, the victim’s son witnessed Condliffe outside their home, and he was later found crawling toward the residence while intoxicated.
He was arrested following a struggle and confirmed calling the victim, though he denied visiting her address.
It was also noted that in 2021, he was handed a 24-month sentence, suspended for 12 months, for breaching a restraining order previously.
The sentencing underscores his ongoing defiance of court orders and troubling behavior directed at the victim.
