MILFORD HAVEN MAN JAILED FOR EXPOSING GENITALS AND SENDING OBSCENE MESSAGE
Uwen Watts, 20, of Coombs Drive, appeared at Swansea Crown Court charged with two offences from February 14.
Watts was accused of exposing his genitals to a woman and on the same day sent her a message which was of an indecent, obscene or grossly offensive in nature, prosecutor Ieuan Rees told the court.
The defendant, represented by David Singh, previously pleaded guilty to exposure and sending an obscene message.
Judge Huw Rees jailed Watts for a total of 29 weeks and ordered him to register as a sex offender for 10 years.
The defendant must also pay a £187 surcharge.
