2010: MAN JAILED OVER INDECENT PICTURES
A family man and children's charity fundraiser who downloaded nearly 100 indecent images of children at his North Walsham home was jailed for six months on Friday.Stephen Warr was said to have acted totally out of character when he downloaded 98 images and three short films involving indecent images of children.
Warr, 51 and who now lives in the Maltings, Dereham, was jailed at Norwich Crown Court after he had previously admitted 16 specimen counts of making indecent images of children, some as young as 10.
The court heard that the images were discovered after police carried out a raid on Mr Warr's North Walsham home last March after officers received information that illegal downloading was going on.
The computer used to download the images was used by the whole of Warr's family - including his wife, a school library worker who was using the computer to write a book.
